Delete Account

You can ask us to delete the account tied to your email. Deletion removes the sign-in and the profile we keep for that email. Order records required for tax, fraud, or an open return are kept until that duty ends.

Send the request from the email on the account through the feedback page, and put “Delete account” in the message. We may ask you to confirm the request before we complete it.
